Earlscroft Farm has been offering luxury self-catering accommodation in Lincolnshire since 2006. The property has a 5 Star Quality in Tourism rating and strives to offer its guests a peaceful and restful experience away from home. It is near the busy market town of Boston in Lincolnshire, yet it has a waterway close by for fishing, and an 18 hole golf course within walking distance.
Requirements
Like any business in a competitive market the accommodation needed to rank well in Google's organic listings. Additionally, the site needed good photography of the accommodation and also details of local areas of interest to the guests. Moreover, the site should allow visitor's to book self catering accommodation in Lincolnshire. The site also needed to be easily updated with new photographs of the accommodation and local area.
Solution
A simple and stylish site design mirrors the way the building has been converted. Our brief was to inspire visitors to not only make a booking, but also to inform them of the variety of local places of interest.We improved the way copy was displayed on the site, improved the sub navigation and removed dead-end pages within the site.
A third-party booking engine has been seamlessly integrated with careful attention paid to formatting and layout, so the transition for the customer is almost negligible. Credit card payments can be taken for both deposits and balance payments.
