Background

Countrywide Signs is an international franchise supplying board erection and management services to the estate agency industry.

Requirements

Countrywide Signs came to TJS requiring a system for their customers to submit work to be done, and franchisees to collect their daily job sheets, along with accounting and management tools for senior franchise directors and franchisees.

Solution

TJS worked closely with Countrywide Signs to analyse their needs and existing systems and subsequently built a new Board Management System to allow for easier management and operation capabilities in the future and address the shortcomings of their existing system.

The system allows agents to enter jobs, receive feedback on job success and collect their invoices electronically, reducing the time spent on telephone and email communications, and the environmental impact of producing hundreds of invoices and thousands of job request faxes every month.

Franchisees retrieve their daily job sheets and manage the distribution of jobs amongst their drivers to give the best economy of driver and van resources. They can use the system to aid their recruitment of new customers, and this in turn allows the franchise to monitor their franchisees' recruitment efforts.

The franchise has a system to aid their recruitment of new franchisees - the lifeblood of a growing franchise. 

The system also allows for larger agents' computer systems to automatically submit jobs to and receive feedback from Countrywide's system
