Pygott & Crone are a leading Estate Agency in Lincolnshire with 9 strategically placed offices throughout the county.
Requirements
Pygott & Crone approached TJS to build a fully content-managed search-engine-optimised website, based on designs created by their in-house design agency Yelo Design. The website was to be integrated with data feeds and search tools provided by major Estate Agency software providers ReapIt and Vebra.
Solution
For Sale properties, we selected Reapit's realtime API to give us a high level of control over the presentation of search results and property, whilst leveraging ReapIt's existing search tools to allow search by location, property features, etc.
For rental properties, data is collected from Vebra daily and presented on the website.
The website also showcases Pygott & Crone's other residential and commercial property services. Our Content Management System allows the customer to keep information about the services fresh and ensure that visitors are guided to the correct member of staff for each service.
It is essential, with any site, to monitor the feedback from staff and customers and also traffic through Google's Analytics software. It is only with the continuous process of analysis, review and improvement that the site will achieve the greatest return for the client's investment.
