20% increase in sales for the new ‘design-online’ stickers site
What we did:
We first developed an online design-engine for name badges on www.namebadgesinternational.co
J&A have ambitious plans for growth and are using the engine to diversify into other printed products. Stickers were an obvious match. J&A wanted a wanted a site that promoted their USP of fast production of short runs of high-quality products supported by excellent customer service.
The brief also contained an objective for the site to appeal to commercial markets that required short-runs of stickers and labels in product labelling, in the drinks industry for example.
The user journey has been modified to deliver an engaging yet straightforward product build process, design and checkout flow. Pricing is transparent and shown at the earliest possible moment. Material and product features are demonstrated within custom video footage of each product type. The videos were shot in-house, are fast loading and each only a few seconds long. These give the visitor an insight into the physical qualities that a still photograph cannot.
The architecture of the site and navigation allow our client to expand the product range quickly and easily into new markets with relevant landing pages for new customers.
The site is fully compatible across multiple devices and browsers ensuring the customer’s experience is fruitful with average order value up by 14% on the previous iteration of the site.
The clear focus on conversion through ease of use and innovative features has driven a 20% increase in sales.
