Founded and based in Lincolnshire, Bush Tyres supplies to the retail, commercial and agricultural sectors. Having enjoyed a long and successful relationship with TJS, the company approached us to develop a new website on behalf of Toyo Tires.
Background
The Brief
Working proactively with Toyo Tires, Bush Tyres required a bespoke website that would facilitate customers of Toyo Tyres nationwide, to register purchased tyres with the company’s warranty scheme. The warranty offers customers protection against defect or accidental damage against the tyres they purchased. It was vital that the website was mobile-friendly and easy to use for customers to register their claims as well as for branch staff and administrators to facilitate the claim process.
Our Solution
Our developers have created an online warranty registration process that helps purchasers of Toyo tyre quickly register their tyre purchase information in a way that assists with a speedy warranty claim process.
The multi-level website enables different user groups to access their specific data and processes securely and quickly, reducing claim processing time and paperwork.
Branch staff can assist customers to complete the online warranty registration form and future claims can be processed in any registered branch. Once a claim has been submitted, a warranty administrator has additional access to further levels of the website to oversee the final process and claim with the customer. When the claim is completed, the warranty administrator generates an email to the relevant Branch Manager, bringing the process to a positive conclusion.
This integral multi-level administration streamlines branch efficiencies, to greatly improve the customer experience.
