Auction Estates - Custom Property Auction Room Software

Following the recent successful launch of the Auction Estates website, TJS have been asked to devise fully integrated property auction room software to assist with the frenetic live auction that will happen in December and throughout 2017. The software will assist all members of the Auction Estates team throughout the live property auction, due to take place at the Nottingham Racecourse in December. All key elements of the live auction have been incorporated, taking Auction Estates light-years ahead of their much larger property auction rivals: Auctioneers' Assistant Screen - the most important 'driver' of all of the other screens TJS devised a tablet sized screen for the Auctioneer's Assistant. From this tablet screen the auction can be started, live prices added instantly as the auctioneer takes bids from the auction room floor. Using the same technology seen in the stock market, the price data updates are immediate with very little lag. These price updates are immediately pushed to the large projector display behind the Auctioneer, keeping everyone in the room up to speed with the current lot price. As the auctioneer receives bids in from the floor or remote telephone bids, the live price is updates in real time, enabling prospective bidders to view the current price. Auctioneers' Screen - current lot property details together with live price The auctioneer too has a handy tablet sized screen for their own peace of mind. Displaying all of the current lot details, any important addendums, starting price, reserve price and of course the live price so that they don't loose their place! Contracts Room - Viewing what's currently happening in the live auction with ability to mark properties as signed. Whilst the auction is in full swing, the Contracts Room staff need to know what properties have been sold, to whom, and for how much! Updating in real time, this specific screen enables staff to ensure that all buyers are processed quickly and efficiently. Each staff member can filter down properties by 'sale status', 'buyer', 'lot number' etc to quickly process the legal and financial elements associated with the auction sales process. Software & Website Integration TJS have integrated the website with leading property auction company EIGroup to pull in all of Auction Estates current auction lots. This integration, pulled through automatically twice a day ensures that the website is always up to date with the latest lots and property information. The Live Auction Software also uses this data to pull in key property elements into the Live TV display at the auction. It's this integration that ensures the client doesn't have to duplicate efforts with data inputting, leaving more time to concentrate on acquiring new properties.
