Internal Drainage Board – New Site Launch

Continuing our collaboration with the country’s IDBs (Internal Drainage Boards), we are happy to announce the launch of the new website for the Bedford Group of Internal Drainage Boards.

The Bedford Group comprises three individual IDBs which operate in the catchment area of the Great Ouse river, and it is responsible for maintaining watercourses in excess of 1100km. Additionally, the group gives advice to developers and local authorities about flood risk and sustainable drainage systems, with its wildlife conservation policies protecting species and their habitats, and its environmental policies improving the marine environment.
