New Instruction – The Longhorn Cattle Society

Almost a decade ago, TJS designed and developed the website for The Longhorn Cattle Society, based in Warwickshire, which was established in the late C19th to safeguard and improve the breeding of this beautiful cattle.

The website is a means for society members to share information and to keep up to date with prevailing regulations in the cattle sector. The Longhorn is recognised as a heritage native breed, which dates back to the C17th, and members also use the website as a platform to buy and sell stock. Throughout the pandemic and the associated social restrictions, the society’s members relied more and more on the website to communicate with each other, and the committee felt it was time to update the site so that members had the most efficient platform at their disposal.

TJS has been commissioned to redesign and develop a bespoke site which will showcase this magnificent breed at its very best while providing all the features required from a modern and efficient website, including SEO, mobile compatibility, and lots of visuals.
