New logo for local home builder

Haycroft Homes has been granted planning permission to build over 50 new homes in Holbeach, Lincolnshire. This newly formed company approached TJS to create a logo for Haycroft Homes to be used on all kinds of media including, brochures, letterheads, business cards, hoarding, property signage and a new website.

After a consultation period, a few hours with a thinking cap on and some magic worked in our design studio, TJS came up with the new logo which reflected their rural location and welcoming construction of a home. The logo incorporates the graphical element of a house and a tree using negative space with a friendly and receptive typeface.

A holding page accepting expressions of interest has been launched prior to completion of a fully featured website for the new development.
