Smith’s Smokery started catching and selling Eel to Billingsgate Market in 1975. In 2001 this family owned business made the unique step of catching the eels, smoking the eels and selling their own eels. Specialist food companies often promote themselves as sustainable and authentic but Smith’s Smokery are the real deal.
TJS are partnering with photographic art direction agency Surfacia to capture photographic stills for the website and other digital media. TJS will be applying their experience to develop a visually engaging and commercially successful e-commerce food website.
