Twitter 'tweets' now appearing in Google Search Results Pages

Below shows a cropped down Google search we did for 'BBC News'. In a number of searches we've undertaken today the Twitter feed appeared positioned half way down the first SERP (either below the 'Image Results for...' or 'News Results for....'). The area we've highlighted in green updates each time a 'Tweet' is posted which contains the selected keywords creating a 'news ticker' style of live updates. Tweets appear in Google Search Engine Results for the first time today. TJS have been working with clients over the past six months to help them harness the business potential of Twitter which has now received a further credible boost as key search terms now start appearing in Search Engine Results Pages. It will be an interesting development over the coming weeks to see how these live 'Tweet's impact upon users search behaviour.
