Unique web application for Lincolnshire electrical contractor

M Gladwins, a leading Lincolnshire electrical contracting company, has launched a unique web application which features a bespoke interactive site plan tool allowing operatives to carry out on-site surveys and allocate tasks to engineers. The company, whose projects include insurance work which needs to be signed off and shared with stakeholders, required an online tool which engineers could use on a tablet. TJS designed the application to include features such as annotating plans and formatting surveys into PDFs so they could be sent automatically to clients while on site to help efficiency. This web based application also takes and uploads photographic evidence to share with client or other team members making it easier to refer back to insurance companies where the work is part of a claim. It also allows engineers to document with photographs any problems or anomalies and so improves work efficiency by detailing materials or special requirements before the engineer arrives.
