As an integral part of the Hemswell Antique Centres’ business, we were invited to attend their most recent Dealer Committee Meeting where Richard presented a number of innovations and technological updates that we will be bringing to the website over the coming months, to a packed audience.

The dealer committee, which represent the interests of the 400+ antique dealers present at Hemswell Antique Centres, met for a two and a half hour meeting to discuss a number of important updates across the business.

As the Hemswell Antiques website has continued to grow over the past 20 years, and with the introduction of thousands more antiques available to buy online, a much finer degree of categorisation is needed. With this, the decision has been made to begin a major product category restructuring project. This was incredibly well-received by the dealers who have access to our Dealer Product Dashboard to manage their own products.

We are also currently in the final processes of integrating an industry-leading CRM tool into the site. The software, which we have previously integrated into three other client websites, will support Hemswell in managing transactional relationships with individual customers, and help them to expand even more while retaining more customers.
