Nominet

UK Domain names

TJS Web Services are Nominet Members and can register UK domain names for you directly with Nominet. TJS are also able to register International domains, although Nominet has no involvement with these. Nominet UK is the Registry for .uk Internet Domain Names. Just as Companies House holds authoritative records for company names, or the DVLA for driving licences, Nominet maintains the database of .uk registered Internet names. Nominet is not a governing or regulatory body, but provides a public service for the .uk namespace on behalf of the Internet community.
