Background
The Brief
After Ashlin Farm Barns hosted a high profile social media influencer and her guests, and were mentioned on the celebrity’s social media platform which boasts over 5 million followers, the company experienced a massive rise in their own social media following to over 100k. As a result of this, whenever last-minute availability details were posted, the increased volumes of traffic that were generated pushed the capabilities of the business’s existing WordPress platform.
Their original Wordpress website had been developed by us on a limited budget, to cope with the demands of the business during their start-up period six years earlier, fulfilling their requirements for mobile capability and security. However this increased exposure meant the business now required a bespoke site that would have the functionality and be optimised for this influx of visitors and the new levels of business being generated.
Our Solution
Our bespoke website framework, optimised for Google featured an advanced search facility; with Ashlin Farm Barns increasing the number of properties by 19, a highly sophisticated filtering function was needed.
In addition to an interactive map and a fully integrated booking system, we created concepts, at the request of the client, for the livery of company vehicles in line with the branding we had previously created.
