Helen and James, along with Barley the Labradoodle, run The Coach House at The Old Rectory, in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The pet-friendly, self-catering holiday accommodation, an annexe to the family home, The Old Rectory, already had an online marketplace listing, but Helen and James were ready to take the next step in growing their business further.
Chosen due to our wealth of experience in designing and developing commercially sucessful websites for the self-catering accommodation sector, TJS set about creating a bespoke site for the couple. The new website needed to operate independently from their online marketplace listing and have its own dedicated online booking system. Helen and James also wanted the exterior and interior of the property to be presented professionally and their branding to be in line with the style of their property.
Working with the couple to identify their aims and objectives for the business, our designers and developers have created a bespoke website with an online booking system that has been integrated with industry-leading software. This offers Helen and James’ potential visitors an easy to navigate and stress-free experience when browsing and booking.
Understanding that stunning photography is key to the success of any self-catering accommodation website, our award winning in-house photographer captured some amazing shots of the interiors and exterior. These have been showcased across the site, along with availability links and calls to action. Additionally, a new logo has also been designed; although the property is Victorian in age, it is typically Georgian in style so we have designed a new business logo which reflects this. The logo is clean and sharp and reflects the symmetry and simplicity of the main house’s façade, while offering a contemporary profile for the accommodation. The new logo and branding will be rolled out across a range of applications, including stationery and digital use.
